Angelina Valenzuela Received MVP Award at Cimarron Elementary

 Katy, Texas. Cimarron Elementary Student Angelina Valenzuela, age 10, 5ht Grade was selected by her home room teacher Ryan Sumner as class MVP! MVP’S have demonstrated outstanding character or academic improvement during the Third Grading Period. She was honored the MVP Award by Dr. Danee Bell, Principle presentation along with other students with parents or grandparents watching at a special breakfast. Only one student out of each homeroom class at Cimarron were awarded the MVP Award. Grand Parents Newell (President of Newell’s Designs) and Sharon Cheatheam were present and very proud of her.

      Angelina has been a Girl Scout for 3 years, top seller of cookies and her troop is normally a super troop in the Katy Regional Girl Scouts. As a student leader in girl scouts, she has helped in planning activities for her troop and the region. Angelina is also involved in acting and choir at Cimarron Elementary and church, along with being active in the Awana Program at Westland Baptist Church. She loves shooting her BB gun, taking care of her pet hampshire, Art & Crafts, and has served on the Cimarron Swordfish Swim Team. She has a goal of being an attorney or doctor.
